Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete a consultation form. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to accommodate the next guest.
Tranquil Environment
To maintain a serene atmosphere, we kindly ask that mobile phones be set to silent mode or turned off. Refrain from loud conversations while in the spa.
Spa Amenities
Comfortable spa robes, slippers, and lockers are provided. For wet treatments, disposable underwear, bras, and hair covers are available. If you have special clothing preferences, feel free to discuss them with our team.
Personal Belongings
While we provide lockers, Ayana Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Health Considerations
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy at the time of booking to customise your experience appropriately.
Cancellation and Modification
We strive to give every client the time and attention they deserve. If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, ensuring that clients don’t miss opportunities to book available slots.
Appointment Confirmation Policy
No Shows
After three no-shows, you must confirm future bookings 24 hours in advance. Failure to confirm will result in automatic cancellation.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we may cancel your appointment or adjust your session based on availability.
Our reception team will contact you 24–5 hours in advance to confirm your appointment. If we are unable to reach you, a WhatsApp message will be sent as a reminder. Failure to confirm your booking will result in cancellation.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late will reduce your session length, full service fee may apply.
Minimum Age Requirements
Clients under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult and may access specific treatments only.
Cash Vouchers
Cash vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Cash vouchers can be used to purchase any treatment or retail products. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Advance booking is required; appointments are subject to availability. Vouchers must be presented at the time of service.

Right to Refuse Service
For the safety of our staff and clients, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone posing a health or safety risk. This includes but is not limited to contagious illnesses, open wounds, and disrespectful and disruptive behaviour towards our therapists and clients.
Booking and Payment
Advanced bookings are recommended to secure your preferred time and treatment. Payments can be made in cash, via credit card, or using gift cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 5% VAT will be applied to the final bill.
